Objectives

The main objective of "The RF Transport Security" Fund is a direct participation and comprehensive assistance to state bodies and social organizations in the implementation of programs and measures in the field of the RF transport system security provision and bringing it up to international standards.

Tasks

to achieve social fundamental understanding of special importance of transport system security for the Russian Federation providing radical change of attitude of state bodies and social institutions to the necessity of its provision;

to take active part in further development of standard legal base for provision of the RF transport security, for bringing it to conformity with international requirements;

to accumulate the off-budget assets for purposeful financing of programs and measures, strengthening the RF transport security;

to initiate, support and finance carrying out of theoretical and applied researches of economic, technical, legal, psychological and organizational aspects of the RF transport security provision;

to render advisory organizational assistance to enterprises of transport complex with provision of legal protection of their interests in the national and international transport services markets;

to prepare recommendations and advise potential investors on purposeful financing of investment projects aimed at the rise of transport security level;

to participate in realization and financing of investment projects on the development of motor, railway, air, sea, river and mixed motor-river check-points both on the RF boundary and exterior boundaries of the states participating in the Customs Union;

to participate in the establishment of the system of training transport security specialists and raising the level of their skills, including participation of interested foreign organizations.
